    I know it seems to low but thats all I got.

    sorry to burst your bubble, but NO LEGIT person would sell for .35/m.
    Even you said so yourself, "i know it seems low but thats all i got".

    Take my advice (and everyone else on sythe) if someone wants to sell 140m for $50, they're a scammer.

    most people on these forums would ask for you to use PA, which is the safest method for them (PA accepts paypal). But they usually ask for .55/m + because of the PA fees.
    Right now, the BULK buyers/VERY trusted people/People with shops are buying for .4/m - .45/m.
    You would have to be buying for at least .45/m for anyone to CONSIDER selling to you.
