    Saint Joseph, I understand you haven't, but that's ok. If you are new to this, the one thing you need to know is this:

    A transfer ready name is a name that is the previous name of a character and has been for at least 28 days. This is so that it can be changed again and then transferred to another character.

    If the characters name is still "Elite" and it's not "Something random (Previously known as Elite)" then it is not transfer ready. :(
