Buying Summoning Tank

[only75def]

I'm buying a summoning tank from trusted members only

I will be going first and can pay anywhere from 10-150mil

I would like it to be 1 prayer and 1 in all combat skills besides hp/summoning/defence

Do not bother posting if you do not have many vouches

Thanks!
