Selling Steam Account (all items included)

I was told this was the best place to sell my steam account. I hope this is the correct area.

My name is Dredhwen and I am in a tough spot. I put too much trust into a previous girlfriend and long time friend/cousin. After getting fucked out of money and left with various bills in my name, I'm stuck in the mud and need to make money quickly. The only thing I have with value is my steam account.

I'm not sure how exactly this is supposed to go so someone lead the way I guess
