Buying Starter Main, or Decent Main!

[Wolf83]

I am looking for a main, nothing like a 122cb crazy cost account, but a decent main I can build off of, and not pay a boat load for. I prefer to deal with trusted users as I can be safe of keeping the account for a long time with no worries, but if you're not trusted the worst I can say is no right?
