Request a TWC for Tarkine

Brief explanation: User it attempting to sell the Original Gamertag Hulk which was Permabanned from XboxLive early last year when Gamertags were reset, I know this from my own knowledge and the OP states this himself however declares it was unbanned in 09 :huh:.
I also asked for further proof such as a Message over XBOXLIVE and even just to put his Sythe Username in his profile however no response was given.

Proof on other sites, not sure if it is valid, link can be given if asked for.

I don't know whether this deserves a TWC but considering the Gamertag and how much it is actually worth I do not want the community scammed.

EDIT: The owner is now stating he has sold it with no proof or other posts on the thread. I definitely request this user is given a TWC.

 

The "proof" you posted doesn't count for anything, really. Sorry.
