Buying splash page

Alright, I basically need an 800 width splash page design.
Looking for it to be smooth, clean, and attention grabbing.

It's for my hosting website that I'll soon be advertising, and I need this for my full page advertisement campaign. There needs to be two small sections and a large section in the first 400 or so pixels (height) and I'm not really firm on the looks.

Anyway, you can go ahead and ask me more questions, make a preview, etc. If I like the design we'll negotiate a price. You can go ahead and place anti-rips on the previews.

 

Im up for it. But i hate the fact that you say, "If I Like the design we'll negotiate a price" i would like an estimated price for a splash page that totally blows your mind.

 

Well we'd have to negotiate it. I don't want this to be something you spend 5 days on. It's just a splash page and it should take 30 minutes to an hour max.

 

I'm up for it, if you give a more definite price.
