Just as a headsup, soulsplit gold is like 8-9$ a bill, so thats like 2.5m cheapest for Rs07, so if someone says like 10b for 2m, its obviously a scam. You can go first in small increments aswell, so if you get scammed, its rather a smaller sum of money than the hull negotiated price
