Buying Partyhat For Account(s)

Basically I would not offer the rsgp with it. I would also give a rare name "debriefed" along with the account (bandos pure 1400 total 91 strength) and some crappy 800 total account. The account is 8years old and has 9 99s including 108 dung. It has a 200m buy in lure clan and lots of other things like 308 quest points. Oh yeah, 96 herb and prayer. Obviously maxed cb with every cb stat 99 ecept summoning (93) and prayer(96) It has woodcutting 99 and fletching 99. I have actually been offered 500 bucks for the account (which would get me a red partyhat) and a redpartyhat , but everyone who was selling said I would have to go first and i am new to this website and so would probably get scammed. I am not original owner, a friend of mine owned it (IRL friend)
