Black Marks:

Here's the deal.

The account has recoveries, and black marks.

It has enough black marks as to where it's permanently muted.

All of the bans but one are appeal-able.

There are 8.

You can either buy this account, along with the recoveries, and old passwords, and keep it muted, to ensure that you won't slip up.

OR..

You can buy this account, along with the recoveries, and old passwords, and appeal these bans, not only unmuting the account, but having massive practice at your appeal skills.

It's your choice.

The account won't have recoveries for long, as I am taking them off.

Simply leave your MSN.
