50 Killed as Plane hits House Near Buffalo (Very sad)

A Plane hit a house near New York killing all of the 49 passengers with another person dying inside the house that was hit.

The Victims in this accident are sad.

Some Victims:
Alison des Forges: Was senior adviser for Human Rights Watch's Africa division. Considered one of the world's leading experts on the genocide in Rwanda, des Forges testified at 11 trials at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda as an expert witness. She was flying home to Buffalo after a trip to Europe, where she briefed diplomats on the situation in Rwanda, a spokeswoman for Human Rights Watch said.

Beverly Eckert: Pushed the government to do a better job protecting citizens from terrorism after her husband, Sean Rooney, was killed on 9/11. Eckert, shown holding her husband's picture, was on her way to Buffalo to mark what would have been his 58th birthday.

Coleman Mellett: Jazz guitarist, Mangione's group was scheduled to perform Friday night at the Kleinhans Music Hall with the Buffalo Philharmonic, so Mellett was flying in for the concert. Mellett, 33, held a master's degree from the Manhattan School of Music in 1998. He was married to singer Jeanie Bryson, according to The Star-Ledger of Newark.

 

Thats really horrible....

Why does this kind of thing have to happen to people like that?

Call me sick in the head but I thought it was funny , planes crash all the time so eh. My grandma and my cousin died on a plane crash so wasn't really big news

It's unknown what caused the crash, could have been ice build up. (hydraulic reversal also fits the case as 3 747's have gone down the same way)

The woman that lost her husband in 9/11 is a pretty tragic case, enough to turn her friends and family away from planes for good I'd say.

 

They just had a moment of silence for this at the NBA allstar game

i actually live in buffalo
and i know 3 people on that plane that died, and its a very sad thing.
2 days ago i went with my family to go see the house and its a mess, complete tragedy.

Leave Jan alone, we actually wanted to go to the crash site to show som... dont got a car cause im not aloud 2 drive by law, got done for carjacking when i was 16, aint beenable to hold a license until i finish paying off a 2500 dollar fine from the courts =s.

 

This was really sad, a few of the players on the Buffalo Sabres hockey team lives in this neighborhood, I'm a fan so I'm happy they're ok.

Today i went and visited(its only 25minutes away) and its even worse to see when its light out, everything is a mess.
I had to sneak in and tell cops my friend lived close to the crash to go and see it cause there is tons and tons of cops surrounding it.
