    Buying Unused Prepaid Visa / Mastercard
    Looking to buy an unused prepaid visa card from someone with some what of a reputation. It must be unused, and the lower amount the better. I'll be paying in RSGP at a ratio of $0.50 per mil. ($10 = 20m, $25 = 50m, etc)
