[paypal/accunts] buying a f2p RWT guide [paypal/accounts]

I'd prefer if it was verified, if not, i hope it is good. Looking for a decently fast guide, no crappy ones. I have a level3 that the money is going to and i would like to keep it level 3, so nothing hard, the other is a low level pure.
