Buying Runescape Clasic Account

I want to buy a RSC account, not care about name, stats, money or anything. Just want it to fool around.

I can offer cash or rsgp (as long as it's like buying junk or something, no weird transfer methoods).

Also midle man will be used, depending on the risk involved.
