Where do I go to file a complaint, and can anyone tell me if I will be able to get my paypal refunded?

I sent it as a gift, but I just filed it as an unauthorized transaction. Please someone help...

 

next time take pictures or record the trade and you will be able to get him banned

Unauthorised transactions claims where it's obvious you did authorise them is actually fraud and is illegal

go to the main sythe page and at the bottom report a scammer and use the info u saved

 

go down to report a scammer to report, and ya call up paypal and say that you were scammed or some shit, most likely paypal will side with u

 

Report him in the "Report a scammer" section with your evidence.
