How can it be fake when I asked for a recovery through my runescape account on runescape.com, they sent an email through this.

 

Look at the email.

They don't use gmail, to send emails. Use common sense.

 

How did they send me an email knowing my email when I submitted my recovery through runescape?

 

its fake, jagex uses "jagexltd.noreply or something like that. request a new recovery email.
