Buying RS3 Level 3 With Fire Cape

[aspecialsearch]

I'm looking to purchase a level 3 account on RS3 that has a fire cape.
Please post or pm proof and price request.

I'm willing to spend exponentially more for 9hp.

Most ideally not yet linked to a Jagex account whatsoever and available to link immediately to my own.

Thanks all! I know it's a long shot.
