Buying RS (maxed melee) 50m+ gold [PP](+OMM)

Ok to make this more simple.
I already have a few offers up but i just want to see if there are any betters out there ready to sell. (because some are not appearing recently)
I am wanting to buy a main/pure combat account up to 100$. I will not go first, neither will you , we will use OMM at my cost.

Requirements:
all melee lvl 99's (meaning attk, str, def, hp, *DOES NOT need 99 prayer!! But I do hope for magic too)
50m+ cash/networth
Some Holiday Items (Prefer Easter ring, but if account has lots of money does not need any.)
no current mute or any signs on infractions of selling/buying accounts.
No recoveries or "un-changeable" email (the omm will check these and change it if need be)
No bank PIN
I DON'T CARE if it just has 99-attk,def,str,hp, and some prayer and level 0 everything else, as long as it has this and somewhere in the vicinity of 50M+ net worth. I'm all for it.

I got a maxed initiate pure (d claws, 41m coins) I'm looking for $80 for this one.
I got a maxed 138 with around 97 herb and like 15m wealth. I'm looking for $90 because it has 97 herb.

and Maxed melee MEANS it can ONLY have 99 attk, 99 str, 99 def, 99 hp.. just those 4.. IDC if that is all it has on the account, I will consider, I have seen tons of accounts with a lot more sold for a lot less. AND AGAIN I am willing to change my price range.. with persuasion that it.

 

So I have talked to one guy, pretty interesting, still not quite what I am wanting, nice skills, REALLY nice skills, just not exactly the bank/stuff I am looking for.

Talked to a few people, got some pretty good accounts but most of them do not have all max melee, even though they have many other 99's they have low def, or something like that >.<. Will be soon willing to go for lower cash, In about 24 hours If I am not in ownership of an account, I will allow offers of accounts without my money requirement, as their is a larger market for those out there. But for now post any account you have that is max melee skills and is not exceeding the price of 150$ MAX
