Use the print screen button on your keyboard to take a screen shot
Then open 'paint' and on the top left corner click 'paste' the screenshot will then be pasted in to paint. Crop out/edit anything you do not wish to show, such as your IP. Save it on your computer, head over to imgur.com and you can instantly upload the screenshot from your computer. Then you will get the forum link, copy and paste it into the thread and there you have it
