    Buying a decent gaming pc

$260 dollars is all I have, I know my offer is crazy low, but maybe there is someone out there with an extra gaming pc just sitting there and never use it anymore.

Help out a guy that loves pc gaming but can hardly keep a steady 40fps in first person shooters :(

    Thanks.
