Buying Rares/Items with GW2 Account

I am trading my Guildwars 2 account because I am done with the game - I was mostly playing it because I had a lot of real life friends who were into the game as well. When they quit, I quit. I've been researching Runescape's new combat system and I fell in love again, therefore I want to go back!

My account has:

Level 80 Thief
-Incinerator (Legendary dagger)
-Full Exotics
-Ascended Rings (Infused) x2
-2600 anet points
-Various titles (although NO Hall of Moments)
-10g
-Bank full of various mats T1-T6 in random quantities.

Level 80 Guardian
-Nothing special

Random alts around level 15-20

The account itself has Master Crafter (400 crafting in every profession), but all of the professions aren't on the Thief. The professions are spread out among all of my characters.

WHAT I WANT:
-Runescape Gold
-Runescape Rares (Santa Hats, Halloween Masks, Phat, etc.)
-Runescape EXPENSIVE items (nothing less than a lot of mills)
