    The reason why is because, it reduce the chances of getting scammed. But either way, it doesn't work. Some guy did it with me and still manged to get his money back.

    Claim & Cancel = claiming the money you sent over back then canceling the claim. Like that, you cannot re-claim it because already have.

    u must claim and cancel twice!!!! it needs to b done twice

    also u do it by simply opening a dispute with a payment
