Questions about ban

1) Is there any way to get back my account if the last appeal is used up??
2) Can i get rid of negative credit off my account without paying??Any way to unban my account by appealing?? How can i pay back for my account if I MUST pay?

 

If it's banned for negative payment, you must send in money through or use paypal, etc.

When i press Start a new subscription , even i choose pay by paypal or pay by cash , i get this 'Your account is currently banned for violation of our terms & conditions. You may not purchase a subscription whilst your account is banned.'
why cant i subscibe?

 

It means your account was banned for something else, check your black marks.

 

It means the person cancled their credit card && didn't pay the bill, which means you have to pay by cash, to get it unbanned, happened with my friend. But I paid his off for he can start playin again cuz it was a good account

 

I'm pretty sure after a certain amount of negative credit you can't get un-banned.
I'm not sure but if it is so it doesn't suprise me, Jagex are MONEY HUNGRY.
