Hello, I'm Tyler and I'm willing to make IPB 2.3.x forums for like, 5$ if you add it all together. Once the forums are finished I'll be checking in and moderating them. It will be impossible for me to scam you, or you to scam me example - you get mad at me, try to ban me off the forums. I can be banned off the forums but still log into the ACP and remove your access thus making you delete the forums. All payments will be made thru paypal with a donation on my site. DO NOT POST ON THIS THREAD IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE PUTTING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, I REALLY CAN'T BE FUCKED DEALING WITH IT YOUR POST WILL BE REPORTED IF YOU DO SO.

Adding a shoutbox - 2$
Adding an unreal portal - 2$

To buy all of those thats 8.50, when it costs like 200$ just for IPB and like 10$ a piece for the skins. Great deal or what?

All hosting/domains have to be bought from justhost.com, I've been working with them for a while and I know how to find everything quickly. If you really want to buy it from somewhere else the forums will take a bit longer to be set up, sorry.

Yeah you selling warez, and IPB will prolly notice that you're using a nulled version and they eventually shut your forum down after it. so people be warned
