Need cell phone verification

Hello, I need to get some accounts verified.
All i need to do is enter a cellphone and the system will send a pin and I must enter. No money could possibly be taken from your phone since you didn't send any text or called anyone (you don't even need credit for this). I know for a fact that this is totally risk and cost free but of course you don't know that, if you think this is fishy I understand.

The cellphone must be from the USA and I am willing to pay you.

By putting in a code you can still take money from phones.

Be warned use a simcard with LOW VALUES OF CREDIT.

Alot of verify-by-pin programs will actually charge you. They have to make money somehow, and they will charge your account for it. If you are signing up (for example) for Google Adsense, in order to verify your account you have to either put in your cell number and get the pin or put your home number and get the pin. I signed up for it last August, and they actually did charge my phone. I'm not sure if it differentiates between having a set monthly plan or just have "minutes", but I still got charged nonetheless.
