Yeah, there are usually a few people talking and dueling at Lumbridge, just outside the castle. The rest are scattered around doing their thing - banks are the best place to look. Don't bother going to members only areas, you'll rarely find people in them.

 

I'm mostly on rsc, an now that the prick-botters have gone, we have 2 worlds for ourselves. world 2 is for queers though We're all normally at lummy outside castle.

 

I have an account that still can access rsc. Due to my internet settings(I can't figure out what is up with them), I can only seem to log in at random times however. I mostly just wander around though, when I 'am' on, lolz.

These days, there's like nobody on because RSC botting is no longer. The few people that are actually on hang around Lumbridge castle.
