From what I've seen so far, using PayPal for such a trade is extremely risky.

Don't be tricked by a big balance, these things are easy enough to forge. If you get charged back there is nothing you can do and you will potentially lose thousands of your money.

Not to tarnish anyones reputation here, for all I know the OP could be genuine. However with trades involving such large amounts it would be wise to use safer methods..
