    I'm looking to buy low Combat level Pure accounts. My current budget is:

    250M-350M RS3, &
20-35M 07
    NOTE THAT I PLAN ON BUYING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS USING THIS BUDGET.

    The account must meet ALL of the following requirements:
    ► Be under CB 100
    ► Be above CB 40
    ► Defence level 1 accounts ONLY
    ► Constitution level above 50
    ► Prayer level below 55
    ► Must have an offensive stat above 50 - preferably higher​

    I may agree to a higher price if the account also meets any of these requirements:
    ► Cosmetics; including keepsakes, pets & emotes
    ► No trade limit
    ► 5-year or 10-year veteran
    ► Access to RSC
    ► Wildstalker helmet and/or Duellist's cap upgraded to tier 2+
    ► Active membership
    ► Decent Herblore/Summoning levels - above 85
    ► Chaotic/gravite weaponry and/or forged RCB
    ► 21+ Agility​

    Pass on that account, sorry. It doesn't have anything that makes it worth 7M 07/46M RS3 IMO.
