Buying one of two accounts

Rs is getting kinda boring for me so i think i need a change.

The first account im buying is a rune pure.

Im not talking about maxed stats at 107 cmb with veng and all cus its a bit out of my budget.
Requirements for this account is that is has barrows gloves, rune defender, and has done mm d slayer and fremmy trials.
stats around 60-85-45-(31 and above pray) would do fine
I'd pay more for stats around 70-90-45-52.

Second account im buying is an account with 94 magic.
I've always envied the people who can use ice barrage and vengence and hopefully i can join them soon as well.

requirements for this account are
80+cmb
52+prayer (can be negotiated for pures etc.)
94+magic
preferably with lunar diplomacy done but not a must.
