Can i make this a staker?

Ive recently been thinking about making my main a barrow pure. not in the sense of 70/39/70, more like 70/99/70.

Here are his stats now
atk 70
str 70
def 70
hp 69
rang 56
mag 60
pray 43

Will this work :S

 

That would be a great staker just dont raise prayer anymore and try and go for 80+ att str def.

By then people your lv will have about 68 prayer.
And be about 3 cb lvs higher for there stats

 

Before getting attack or def up, get about 80-85 str, then evenly train attck and def if u want.
