Ok, so my PayPal isn't allowing me to purchase from ANY website selling items delivered electronically for some reason, it has been driving me insane. they say it is for my "safety"
They say the only way I can do it is if someone sends me an invoice to pay for, with the purchase description explain that the item i am purchasing will be delivered electronically.
I have been trying different sites since 10 this morning non stop on and off with paypal on the phone, literally begging someone to sell me gp.

please add me on skype or message me on her if you can sell me gp, by sending an invoice. Camf.17
