If I were you, talk to the buyer from the account your are selling - make a video of you logging into the account and booting one of the downloaded games up.

 

Log in into xbox.com and screencap your account (showing Live status or if there's any payment of sort). You can hide your GT, if you are not comfortable and ask for PM. Just look at other seller around this market section for examples.
