Looking for Real Estate Website Layout

Just looking if anyone out there could do a front-page layout for a real-estate firm I work at. Not sure if buying yet, but would like to just get an idea of what they'd look like. Not sure if Sythe is the right place to ask, but thx anyways.

 

I could do this.
But not if I won't get paid, as there would be alot of time put into it.

 

Do you think you could give me a rough idea of what you'd be making? Thx. (Not asking you to spend more than 35 or so minutes on it for just a rough)
