My suggestion is going to high population free worlds at Al Kharid bank. The noobs that just stand there all day tend to be like 11 year old player mods. No joke. I got one kid demodded because he said he'd make me a mod with his mod powers if I gave him my purple phat or one of my mask LOL

there was a thread a while ago uncovering some p mod stuff
and there was strong evidence that referrals just lead to bans nowadays
