pcgamesupply.com straight up scams

if you're looking online for sites that sell game cards don't bother even looking at pcgamesupply. i ordered a card and it said it had already been used. i was surprised that i didn't see more reports like this anywhere but their site says they will refund me (i don't know how they are going to verify it didn't work). If you have used this site before for membership etc post here with your evaluation and any information about their support. so far by reading online i see that their support is pretty shit. very unsatisfied.

Did you try contacting their support? They have been up for a while, and mistakes do happen occasionally. I'd be surprised to see that they actually do straight up scam. It's probably just a simple mistake...

i tried the support but they told me they needed me to talk with the ugc support first. so far i have had no hint that they plan on giving me my money back without ugc saying it was used before i had purchased the card. big hastle.

and i don't know how these cards could have been used by anyone but the people at the website... i have had ugcs sitting in my house for months and nobody has randomly generated it.

 

I used to buy from 4saleusa or netstrada without any problems.

 

I've bought from them two times. The second time i got a error saying the pin had already been used i went to complain then found out right after that i typed it in wrong i don't remember exactly if what i typed in wrong was a zero or a O, either way just be 100% sure you didn't type it in wrong.

Anyways i would buy again from pcgamesupply if i needed.

 

I have used them a few times when they had a sale for runescape card for like 3 dollars each and never had a problem. I would double check the number and just email UGC they are really helpful see if they will tell you when the card was used or where it will help you get a refund if it was used before you bought it

Also when you are copying it down zoom in on your browser just to make sure its right. Most browsers you can hold control and use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out

 

I know this tread is old but may help other victims, if you paid with paypal just ask your bank to reverse the payment for fraud. I see they charge additional weird activation fee, ridiculous. Also I seen few victims that codes do not worked and they do not provide copy of the card, so be carefull with hacked or stolen online codes.
