I can sell you 200m, you can have full access to the account it's on for as long as you need in order to xfer the cash (buy a method in the guides section) once you are done you can return the account.

Yes I can xfer with you on your account, with 200+ qps my method is 20-40m p/h, how much were you intending to buy?

I would also like you to pay OMM fees if you want me to xfer, as xferring takes a long time, and time is money. (some people charge over $1.50 p/m when they are xferring, e.g r2pleasant, I realise I'm not as trusted as him which is why I would like an OMM).
