Looking to buy/trade for a maxed or close to maxed staker.
This means 95+ attack, strength, defense, and constitution. No prayer or summoning levels added. I'm really only looking for that and nothing more on the account, I do not care about gear, money, or other skills.

I would prefer an account trade. I have a CB 116 account with high stats in many areas and with current membership until July 29th.
I would be willing to pay up to a certain amount, or put the two together and trade+pay to a point.
