How do we know its a genuine rolex watch since there is so many fake ones out there

I asked him if I could get it professionally appraised and he said sure, then he ended up saying I was a scammer and blocking me.

I'm pretty sure it's fake, why wouldn't he just sell it for 4500 and buy an account for 500 if it wasn't.

i have known a neighbor for a while and her husbands german and he got a fake rolex in germany for about 300 dollars(us) and most jewelers thought it was real. it could be a good fake or the real one. i wouldnt trade for something that could be fake
