    After many years of scaping, I've decided to sell my account. I'm almost finished with my studies and close to starting a career thus I have no more time for games.

    Well said, this is the only reason no one will pay $700 to a newcomer.
    If he accepts PP, you have that nice feature of opening a dispute on him, should he recover it.

    First of all, I am not asking for $700, highest bid wins, the $700 auto-win is just orientative. Second, paypal is risky for me also, being well aware of their chargeback policy.
