jacksparo scammed me

Runecape Trade:

Ok so we were having a pins for account trade. It was going smooth, i gave him the first pin and then i asked him to change the e-mailadress and give me the info of the account. He said he would be back in 10 minutes. I waited, but he didn't return. Then he came on Skype saying that his msn was broken and that he couldn't log in. This is the part where i was stupid enough to believe him.
He said that if I gave the second pin, he would give me the info of the account. I gave it to him and then he said it was invalid, but I got the pins new, he would give me the info on msn and he logged off.

He scammed me out of 2 pins.
