Includes everything you see here (Varrock 3 Armor and 280qp!). Almost all important quests are done. He also has 500-1000 stealing creation points that I can't get a pic of. This character has 74 prayer which, for maxed melee, can be quite important (2 less combat) if you plan on tanking with Rigour. (Which he has). But it's your choice what to do with him!
