    buying mills and all that

    hey guys i was wondering.............

is there any online payment ways like paypal, western union, e-gold, etc that does not require credit card or bank account to send and recieve payments?

also if some1 was buying something through mail payment what if they the buyer says he has sent payment and seller says the payment didnt come and probably lost(cuz like 20% chance mails are lost) than what would happen? like who would get banned and stuff like that?

also which is the safest online payment way?
    e-gold
    paypal
    wester union
    etc

i know paypal is most popular but pretty scammy

    Thanks,
    Torque

I'm not sure, but safest online payment would be PayPal.

    Good Luck =D

No where near the correct answer.

Paypal is the LEAST secure payment method out of all the ones you named. e-gold or Western Union would be the two most secure ones as you can't chargeback, so once you receive the money, it's yours.

E-Gold and mail are the safest, and mail doesn't actually get lost that often, I just wouldn't reccomend sending huge amounts in it.

You don't need a bank account or credit card for e-Gold or e-Bullion. You can receive and make payments as much as you want without them. The problem arises when you want to withdraw or deposit money. Of course this can be done in real cash/gold but I'm guessing you're not going to deal with amounts big enough for there to be any point in this.

Paypal is safe when buying from online stores like ebay or best buy, but when buying stuff like mils it is not, there is no proof that you have sent it or not. It would be against the law to sell or buy rs items with out tax witch this site does.

i dont think it is against the law because we do not need to pay tax for this because it is our items. for example ebay you do not pay tax you just pay a ebay fee(i think) and like selling stuff in garage sale you do not need tax. selling many things there is no tax

You do not own the goods you have in Runescape.

Selling Runescape GP goes under the category "e-services" in VAT law - at least in most european countries. Most countries (if not all) have a minimum limit needed on the turnover when it comes to obligation to pay VAT/GST though. Meaning if you sell Runescape GP for like $5000 you probably won't have to pay anykind of exchange tax on it.

When you sell RS GP you should legally also pay income tax on it.

(Note that my knowledge is based on my own country's laws. At least most EU countries have very similar ones.)

I have used paypal to buy and sell stuff from Ebay but people paying with Echeqs repeatedly kept cancelling their payments to me. Plus you have to wait for the money to be transferred into your bank account, so it takes time for transactions. I have not used any of the others so I would not know.

You can get the money back if you do not get your goods, paypal uses a middle man if you will that will make sure the trade goes smoothly. Try to contact ebay for customer service.
