Buying Lv 3 Skiller with a 99 [PP][Trusted]

Hey Sythe, just came back to OSRS the last week or so. Any ways my current skiller has just received a ban. Pretty unfortunate as I'm just getting back into the game and the account had 900ish Total Lvl.

I still want a Level 3 skiller to play but I want something I can work on myself! I just want an account that has 1-2 99's (or more if it is cheap enough) to start me off.

I'm not 100% sure how much I'm looking to spend, as mentioned in the title this would be Paypal because my account with all my rsgp is banned.

Some 99's that I'm interested in are: Hunter, Woodcutting, Thieving, as I consider these sort of annoying skills that are pretty common/not too costly. I'd still be interested in cooking/fm/fletch but cheaper and mining/crafting/etc but more expensive.
