How to post images in youre topic without links

Ok this is a tutorial on how to post images without links!

1.First you sign into your runescape account
2.You see what you want a picture of
3.You press print screen sysrq (wich is besides F12 and scroll lock)
4.You open up paint wich is in the start menu under accesories
5.Once paint is open you have to go to edit and then paste
6.Youre picture should pop on the screen
7.For youre safety blacken out some levels so you dont get banned
8.Once youre done editing youre picture go to file,save as,then put the name and then .gif so it will look like this- tutorial.gif
9.Once you've saved it you have to go to imageshack.us and upload the pic
10.Once its uploaded you will see several links...click the one that says hotlink to forums (1)

Its been done multiple times, can probably found in UE and it can be found in the GFX section.

 

Will someone make a tutorial for this kid on Colour Schemes, and reinforce the fact that Blue FC on Blue BG is not a great choice.
