Instead of using BH when people buy rsgp can they not use pvp? Cause there's never no1 on pvp near the green dragons on edvillage.
No they can't. It doesn't work that way. When fighting in PVP, you will get some random drop based on the battle itself, and the amount of money you risk in battle (E.g. the total worth of armour and inventory). Also this should be posted in the Runescape Cheating section. It's located here.
