Selling LVL 103 & 106 - WTT or Sell

I have for trade/sell a level 103 and 106. Neither accounts have membership left and both DO have recovery questions/registered email.

I'm looking for $20 through PayPal as a gift or I'm willing to trade for a decent pure. Not looking for anything in particular so offer up.
