[WTB] Vbulletin 4.x License

Hi all,

I'd like to buy a VBulletin 4.x License off a TRUSTED user only. I don't mind going first, but you must be avail to talk either by phone or skype or any other voice program. Ideally, you also don't mind going on TeamViewer to prove you own the license and that you transfer it to me proper.

Looking to spend around $100. PayPal, ETF, you name your payment terms.
