xcamx2 -Why isn't he banned yet?-

After reading a post of someone saying he was fishy I decided to dosome research on this user , I found out that he is infact a scammer and has gotten away with it for some time.

All of those links are scammer reports on this user, now lets be serious. How can all these people report him and it not be true?
