    Is there any way to disable cancel and claims on paypal?
    Title says it all.

    Just about to sell my account,
    sorry if this is the wrong section.

    Is there any way to disable cancel and claims on paypal?
    They can call paypal, to re- claim and cancel. But when they buy it, have them say "this is a transaction over the web" because paypal isn't responsible for it.
