Buying Pumpkin

Hey, I'd like to buy a pumpkin.
I have $100 USD, verified bank funded paypal. I will be trading 2 rising items worth 70m for the pumpkin. (Selling max on the grand exchange will net you a quick 3.6m.)
We will be using an official middleman, I will be happy to pay but it will come out of my paypal offer D: so unfortunately I will only have $90 USD to offer, assuming the fee is 10%.
I am old enough to suss out people no problem, so if you offer and I don't even reply to you, fix up your rep whether you are/aren't a scammer.
